Ohio County, WV – A portion of WV 2, Main Street, between Fourth Street and Northern Parkway, in Wheeling, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Thursday, September 10, 2026, through Thursday, September 17, 2026, for paving.
Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
ALSO:
County Route 40/2, Springdale Avenue, in Wheeling, will be closed, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through Thursday, September 10, 2026, for paving. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
Alternate Routes: Use US 40 to County Route 15/2, Sonneborne Road, to County Route 15/1, Park View Road.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the schedule for these projects.
