Ohio County, WV – The turning lane closure, at the intersection of 16th Street and Chapline Street, in Wheeling, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., is being extended through Thursday, September 17, 2026, for electric work. Flaggers will maintain traffic. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
