A portion of County Route 88/1, Garvin’s Lane, Wheeling, at 2130 Fairmont Pike, will be restricted to one lane from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2022, for a new gas line installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances could change the project schedule.
