A portion of WV 2, from 1025 Main Street, Wheeling, to the Interstate 70 Bridge, will be restricted to one lane, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., beginning Wednesday, June 21, 2023, through Monday, July 10, 2023, for conduit and cable installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Motorists are advised to slow down and expect delays.
